What does success look like for your business?

At Triton Commerce, prioritizing our customers’ needs and goals is what drives our team. We work closely with dozens of business owners in a variety of industries, from home services to health and wellness. Each industry and business comes with a unique customer base, and it’s our job to understand specific audiences and how to market to them effectively online. 

While many business owners have an idea of their target audience, on any given day, they’re more focused on satisfying a customer’s individual, short-term needs. This can make it challenging to understand the bigger picture and whether the business’s online strategy is successful. By successful, we mean whether it’s providing the tools and support needed to satisfy customers’ short and long-term needs, as well as whether it’s helping the business reach its goals.

When you partner with Triton Commerce, our Client Success Manager reviews the results of your digital marketing efforts on a regular basis, analyzing the metrics to gain meaningful insights about what’s working well and where there are opportunities for improvement.

Can You Share A Little Bit About Your Background And What Led You To Your Role At Triton?

At my last job for a local technical college, I was in charge of the website and all digital media. I utilized Google Analytics, created different social media campaigns, and wrote content. I took those skills and my sales experience and brought them to Triton!

Tell us a bit more about your role and everyday responsibilities for Triton.

In my role as the Client Success Manager, I review our clients’ SEO, PPC, and social media reports every month, identifying what’s working and looking for opportunities for continued success. I also do site reviews every three months for new clients, along with general account management. 

Another important part of my role is collecting the necessary information from my colleagues and putting together strategies for our clients. In a nutshell, I use analytics to guide our clients toward success!

What Do You Enjoy Most About Your Position?

I really enjoy brainstorming to find solutions. I like being able to come up with a plan of action for clients that they otherwise may not have thought of.

What are some challenges unique to your role?

Sometimes the strategies don't work the way they are predicted. It can get frustrating when you think you have the solution and have to go back to the drawing board.

What's The Most Valuable Thing You've Learned So Far During Your Time at Triton?

I think Triton has made me better at strategic thinking. It has been a great learning experience to work with so many people who specialize in their field and to put those specialties together for our clients.

If you could trade jobs with another member of Team Triton, who would you pick and why?

My gut reaction is Matt E. because I want to learn more about animation and film. 

On the other hand, I could also pick Jace or Chelsea, because I love to design. I would love to be artistic and creative for a day! 

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

An Academy Award-winning actress. I will maintain that there is still time! 

Is it true that you were in a Disney movie?

LOL. Um. Yes. I was an extra in The Luck of the Irish. You can see my terrible overacting really well in the end scene of the movie.

What is something unique or interesting about you that others may not know?

I am an artist and have painted several murals for businesses around the Twin Cities.

What are some of your favorite things to do when you're not working?

Perform comedy! I am part of a sketch comedy group and haven't been able to perform since March because of COVID. I'm itching for an audience! I also like to write. I am currently working on two pilots and a musical.
