Window World is one of the largest window, siding, door, and gutter replacement contractors in the Twin Cities Metro area. Our partnership with Window World began when we first designed and developed a new website for them, and integrated it with their internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. Their new website, combined with a custom inbound marketing strategy, has dramatically improved the number of requests they receive for customer appointments and quotes.

Their website is at an astonishingly low 4.58% bounce rate blended across all channels. Looking at only organic traffic, the site is sitting at an impressive 2.19% bounce rate.

These numbers indicate two things:
