What they do:

Harrison Electric is a residential electrical contractor

What their marketing goals are:

To be diverse whether it be print, digital, mail or word of mouth the company strives to plant their message across many channels.

Results, by the numbers:

Since the launch of the site in early December of 2014 we have had 146 requests for service of some kind 123 Tap to Calls off of their mobile site. The conversion rate in August for Organic traffic was at 7.04% only including quote requests. If we added phone calls the results would be much higher.

Results, by anecdotes:

Talking with Tony Enger he said in a 2.5 month period this summer they had 245 paid jobs come from their digital marketing efforts.

Other information:

Their old website had very few communications come through the site as it was not being found by their potential customers. By creating a digital marketing strategy with Inbound Marketing and PPC ads we have been able to create a great lead source for Harrison Electric.

Hedberg Moving

Notes: Quote Requests in July 83, 11.8% conversion rate, $41K value, he spent $599/month

to get those leads.

What they do:

Hedberg Moving is a residential and commercial moving company.

What their marketing goals are:

Heavy and consistent inbound marketing, PPC, print/mailers and word of mouth. Hedberg wants to dominate the Twin Cities market for their moving services and eventually become a major brand across multiple states.

Results, by the numbers:

Jan 1 - Sept 1 2015 Hedberg Moving received 554 quote requests (OMG!) at a 8.92% conversion rate!

Results, by anecdotes:

Their antiquated phone system is not keeping up with their inbound calls so they have had to upgrade infrastructure to keep up. They have also been adding crews and more trucks over the summer. We are also helping them create a scheduling system for his crews that is automated and central so there are no scheduling errors. These are good problems that represent growth.

Other information:

We are also going to create a mobile based quoting system where the client can upload images of the property needing moving support. It should be pretty cool.

Window World

What they do:

Window World is one of the largest Window, siding, door and gutter replacement contractors in the Twin Cities Metro area.

What their marketing goals are:

Window World dominates in all arenas including Radio, Print, Television and Digital Marketing. Their goal is to continue this dominance.

Results, by the numbers:

From 4-1-15 through 9-30-15 Window World had 830 appointment requests through the website alone. This was at a 6% conversion rate. This does not even include phone calls for appointments which typically out performs forms at rate of 5 to 1. Our goal value on this is roughly $166,000.

ALSO! We are at a an astonishingly low 7.99% bounce rate blended across all channels. If we look at only organic traffic we are at an unheard of 1.94% bounce rate. This happens due to 2 things. 1. They have a great brand and market across many channels. 2. The design of the site keeps people interacting and engaged. That equals an very high rate of closure for the client. Smiles!

Results, by anecdotes:

We were required to remove roofing and insulation from the site and we still outperformed the old website even when we originally lost about a 3rd of our traffic overnight.

Other information:

Quality Coaches

What they do:

Automotive Repair and Classic British Car Restoration - Mainly MG.

What their marketing goals are:

To keep the calendar full and get regular people from the neighborhood to bring their regular cars in for repair and maintenance. They were always known to be an MG specialist and that deterred people from bringing in their Hondas and Fords etc. They hired Triton to change this perception.

Results, by anecdotes:

This site is perfect example of not going after the traditional Keywords like Minneapolis Roofing Contractor but rather Cedar Roof Replacement and others. We have also gotten a fair amount of quotes from blog posts into their social media accounts. The optimization of Google My Business has helped greatly. In the same time period we were blessed with 4997 views. 140 of those Google My Business views went to our main website, 16 called and 6 requested driving directions.

Other information:

It's not always using traditional keywords that provide results.
