Project Start
1) Discovery

Once you join the Triton family of businesses, we hold your Kickoff Meeting where we sit down together and really get to know your business, your goals, and what results you want with your website. From this meeting, we'll have a strong grasp of your look, personality, and business direction. The following day, we hold an internal Kickoff Meeting with our entire team and make sure everyone knows all they can about your business and your vision. Then we get to work.

2) Content

Your website is often the first impression you have on a potential customer . . . and you know what they say about first impressions! That's why we make sure that your site looks spectacular. We dispatch professional photographers to capture your business and your work in the best light possible. We also employ professional copywriters who take the time necessary to really get to know you and your business intimately, so we can accurately capture what you do – and what you want to promote. 

3) Design

Next, we present you with a mockup of your site's basic design. You'll let us know what you like and what you'd like to change. We make the changes, and present the design to you again. Once you're happy with the look of the pages, we fully develop the site. Remember, you don't have to be a photographer or a writer. We'll take care of images and copy, all of it original and tailored to your needs.

4) Develop

This is where we roll up our sleeves and get coding. Our award-winning design and programming team will transform the vision for your website into a reality - one that will get customers on the phone, asking for quote requests, and walking through your front door.

5) Launch

After going through our intensive internal testing, you'll have a chance to try out your new website before it goes live. This is your chance to make sure all of the information presented is correct, that you like the layout and flow, and that your message is spoken loud and clear. When you give us the green light, we make the switch and your website goes live.   And that's how you get a brand-new website!

6) Market

Once your website is up and running, we’ll stay on top of its performance. Online success goes beyond a great-looking site; it takes constant monitoring and market testing to ensure it fulfills your goals. Of course, if you'd like to make modifications over time, we'll be happy to oblige. We look at your website as a living, evolving piece of work, not a static billboard. And making changes is simple: just click the Support button found on the bottom of any page on our website, state your desire, and your wish is our command!

7) Report

Every month we present you with an in-depth analysis of your site's performance, including visitors, goal tracking, keyword success, and more.  We feel it's important that you're always aware of the ROI you've made with Triton Commerce, and just how well your website is achieving the goals we created for it when we first got started.
